Rattlesnake contained Doom City teases and O.N.E. and Automation teases and quotes. Am I In Heaven? contained Head On/Pill and The Dripping Tap teases and quotes, as well as The Grim Reaper quotes. During Am I In Heaven?, a cake and flowers was brought out for Cookie's birthday, and both were thrown into the crowd soon after. Self-Immolate and Organ Farmer were on the written setlist after Rattlesnake but were cut.
