Show Notes: Stu and Joey wore overalls, which were also worn in the video for The Silver Cord. I’m Not In Your Mind contained Alter Me quotes and The Dripping Tap teases/quotes. Sense contained a Slow Jam 1 intro, after which Stu introduced Joey as John Frusciante and the band played a brief Red Hot Chili Peppers style jam. Sense proper contained Slow Jam 1 quotes and closed with quotes of “Incredible” (M Beat) and “Welcome to the Jungle” (Guns N’ Roses). The Grim Reaper contained Torture Chamber quotes and “Intergalactic” (Beastie Boys) quotes. Shanghai featured the “grow wings and fly” jam. Ambergris was introduced as a song about Free Willy. Hot Water had lyrics changed to “Joe Walker" and "Joey Walker." Robot Stop was unfinished and contained Hot Water teases, The Dripping Tap teases and Witchcraft teases/quotes. Lava and Gamma Knife were on the printed setlist but were not played. At the end of the show, the band thanked the crowd for coming to see the "fishermen from Australia".
KGLW.net Staff Notes: There was much internal discussion as to a potential tease of the intro to Gondii in Change. The arrangement of instruments and structure of Change has been modified compared with the studio version. Though it resembles a tease of Gondii, we believe more live instances need to he heard to determine if this is intentional, or just an accentuation of the existing relationship between the songs.
