5/5 THIS SHOW WAS ABSOLUTELY KILLER! From the microtonal opening of Minimum Brain Size and Doom City through two of my absolute favorites, back to back, Static Electricity & East West Link. Right into a Daily Blues/Hot Water jam... I mean come on?! This is primo gizz and we're only 7 songs in! All the new tracks were terrific, Le Risque was a treat to hear live since I've been JAMMING out to that song lately. I also have to mention the sound was fantastic at this super cool venue I'd never even heard of before. The River was probably the show's highlight. Almost 30 minutes long, actually the longest version they've ever played, which was a trip to witness as the sonic vibrations melted my face off. I’m In Your Mind Fuzz is the album that got me into Gizz, so when they went from The River into a Mind Fuzz suite I lost my mind. The songs were just flowing through me at this point, then we get to the metal section: Planet B, Dragon, and one of my personal favorites, FLAMMMMMEEETHROWAAAAAA. This show was fucking awesome, I'm really glad I took a proper dose of edibles before they went on. Gilgamesh and Set were great, but don't make the highlight reel compared to the rest of this absolutely KILLER SETLIST!!! Amazing show. Long live King GIzz ? ? 5/5
