“Gypsy” is an unreleased song written by Stu that had been added to the ASCAP ACE Repertory alongside Gizzard’s early singles/Anglesea before the release of Float Along — Fill Your Lungs in 2013.

We at KGLW.net believe that the song was played at least twice in 2011. The first known appearance would be on 2011-02-12 at the Geelong Gaol in Geelong for a Forte Magazine Christmas function. The other performance would be on 2011-03-04 at The Grace Darling Hotel in Naarm (Melbourne) during the Anglesea release party. The song’s identity was determined by studying the vocals, which led us to transcribe the lyrics as: “when you think you are gonna die, don’t worry babe I’m by your side, we’ll steal those tears from the gypsies [sic] eyes.”
