Growing up for a time in New Zealand, Zak would eventually meet Stu and many of the rest of his future musical collaborators at high school in Geelong. As a vocalist, guitar player, and producer, Zak has been involved in several Gizz adjacent projects such as The Frowning Clouds, Hierophants, and ORB, and shared many stages with the Gizzard guys over the years.
