Following the first chorus, a lengthy minor key jam emerges that grows increasingly tense and dark. Quotes and teases of Crumbling Castle and Cellophane build up to an intense peak. Returning back to the second jam section, the band weaves Head On/Pill into a jam reminiscent of the Dead-inspired progressions that popped up throughout the summer. The longest version to date, and worth every minute. |
