Show Notes: This was the soundcheck for King Gizzard's upcoming performances at Meadow Creek for Field of Vision. Gilgamesh and Extinction were non-Nathan renditions.
Show Notes: This show contains the debut of the metal arrangement of Extinction, Level 5, Rapid Alpha Decay, and The Land Before Timeland. Self-Immolate contained a drum solo. Extinction contained Head On/Pill teases. Before Mars for the Rich, Amby quoted "I can see the light!" from The Blues Brothers. Am I In Heaven? contained teases of The Land Before Timeland and a People-Vultures jam. Stressin' was introduced as a song about having a real nice day. Ataraxia was last performed 2024-09-06 (76 show gap). Honey contained Sleep Drifter teases. Magma contained Smoke & Mirrors teases and an Iron Lung quote, and did not contain the "rumble" section. Smoke & Mirrors contained Presumptuous, Black Market Bargain, and The Grim Reaper quotes. The Land Before Timeland contained Sea of Trees and Hypertension teases. Iron Lung contained Hypertension and The Land Before Timeland teases. The first Robot Stop contained Extinction teases and quotes and Hot Water, East-West (The Butterfield Blues Band), Magma and Cut Throat Boogie teases. Cut Throat Boogie contained Am I In Heaven? teases, Magma teases, Field of Vision quotes and Whole Lotta Rosie (AC/DC) teases. The second Robot Stop contained Am I In Heaven? teases. The River contained Crumbling Castle teases and only consisted of the first two parts. At the end of the second part Stu said they'd finish the song tomorrow. Perihelion (electronic arrangement) and Rats In The Sky were on the printed setlist but not played, while The River was added. The printed setlist also had a different ending segement with Robot Stop being followed by Big Fig Wasp, the cut Rats In The Sky, and ending with a show closing Cut Throat Boogie.
Show Notes: This show featured the debut of Alien Metal, Kill For the Steel, and Gliese 710. The River, which was continued from the previous night, only consisted of the third part and contained a Crumbling Castle tease and Wah Wah teases and quotes. Wah Wah contained a The River quote and jam. Black Tooth was introduced as being called The River and was played for the first time since 2024-11-09 (64 show gap). Dead-Beat was played for the first time since 2022-04-18 (239 show gap). Following Dirt, Stu and Joey talked about their time in upstate New York during the recording of Mind Fuzz, and apologized to their wives for the long time spent there. Crumbling Castle contained teases of The River. Following The Fourth Colour, Joey had the crowd simultaneously throat sing, and then said that the band had become Jacob Collier (due to his love for audience participation). Organ Farmer was introduced as being about Stu's best friends, and was played for the first time since 2025-05-23. (50 show gap) Road Train was played on C# guitars (instead of E) for the first time and contained Hell teases and the first outro since 2019-01-01. Hell featured Jay Weinberg on drums. Alter Me II contained Hypertension teases. Gliese 710 was paused due to an incident in the crowd. Following Gliese 710 the band sang Happy Birthday to Jason Galea. Trapdoor contained a Jocko Homo (Devo) quote. Hypertension was paused due to an incident in the crowd, leading Stu to later tell the audience to drink water, and contained Head On/Pill teases and quotes. Stu took time to recognize the crew and event organizers before Head On/Pill. At the end of Pill Stu said that they'd finish the song tomorrow. Head On/Pill was not on the printed setlist.
Show Notes: This show was the band's fourth annual drag night and featured the debut of Sapience, Superheavy, Supercritical, and the metal arrangement of Gilgamesh. At the start of the show the band was introduced as "Queen Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard" by Pattie Gonia and her fellow drag artists. Pill, which was the first known standalone Pill, was continued from the previous night's Head On/Pill and contained The Dripping Tap teases & quotes and Sea of Trees teases. Sea of Trees contained teases of The Dripping Tap, Cut Throat Boogie and Head On/Pill and featured a drum solo by Cavs. Anoxia was introduced as a song about wildfires. The Book had a lyric changed to "God's not real." Slow Jam 1 contained an Ice V jam with lyrics. Hell's Itch contained a Pure Shores (All Saints) vocal jam. This Thing contained Hot Water teases. During This Thing, lightning struck behind the stage eliciting huge cheers from the audience. Dragon was introduced as a song about Cookiedawg and had a false start. The Great Chain of Being was played for the first time since 2025-05-23. (51 show gap) Ambergris contained a Work This Time tease. Ice V was on the printed setlist following Slow Jam 1 but was only played as a brief jam within Slow Jam 1, not as a separate performance. The Lord of Lightning and The Balrog were on the printed setlist following Ambergris but were not played.
Show Notes: Scheduled opening band Die Spitz’s set was cancelled and King Gizzard's set started late due to a severe weather shelter in place order. The band walkout music was H.O.O.D by Kneecap. Extinction was performed in its metal arrangement and contained Flamethrower teases and quotes. Evil Death Roll was introduced as being "called Cyboogie" and contained Head On/Pill, The Land Before Timeland, and Ice V teases, as well as The Lord of Lightning teases (followed by lightning strikes from the storm). Theia was performed in its rock arrangement and contained a Motor Spirit jam, Float Along - Fill Your Lungs quotes, and The Land Before Timeland and The Lord of Lightning teases. The Reticent Raconteur and The Lord of Lightning, which were played for the first time since 2025-05-25 (50 show gap), had lightning strike as they began. During I'm Not In Your Mind, Ambrose sung unknown, possibly improvised lyrics. Cellophane contained Am I In Heaven? and Witchcraft teases. The Balrog contained Am I In Heaven? teases. Float Along - Fill Your Lungs contained a Dragon jam with lyrics. Shanghai and Cyboogie, both on Nathan, were on the printed setlist after Horology but were not performed.
Show Notes: Rattlesnake contained Horology and Hot Water teases, Sleep Drifter quotes, and a Billabong Valley jam with lyrics. East West Link was played for the first time since 2024-09-09 (77 show gap). Ice V contained Blindness (The Fall) teases. Altered Beast I contained an Alter Me intro. Hot Water featured Max Weinberg, Jay Weinberg's father and drummer of Bruce Springsteen's E-Street Band, on drums with Cavs playing Ambrose's congas. Following Hot Water, Joey quoted "We're not worthy!" from Wayne's World. Shanghai contained Grow Wings and Fly teases and quotes. Before Venusian 1 the band started a chant of "Nick Craig" which was accompanied by teases of Break Stuff (Limp Bizkit) and a quote of I Want Candy (The Strangeloves). Venusian 1 was introduced as a song about being in a band with your best mates. Gilgamesh was performed in its metal arrangement and contained Du Hast (Rammstein) quotes. The Fourth Colour was on the printed setlist after Cyboogie but was cut.
Show Notes: Moktar was originally set to open this show but had to drop out due to visa issues. Slow Jam 1 featured Joey on percussion. At the start of Level 5 and the end of Alien Metal, vocal samples from Runnin' With the Devil (Van Halen) were played. Alien Metal contained Rapid Alpha Decay quotes and featured Stu and Joey on guitar and Lucas on bass guitar. Blue Morpho was on the printed setlist after Alien Metal but was not performed.
